resolutions

i did make resolutions this year, and they are thrillingcool:

but they only started today because ive been driving in between states:

1. drink as much water as diet coke

2. No fast food: I’ve creeped myself out about processed foods/sketchy food and cancer. and i want to be unarguably healthy for once. before freaking out on me though, i would like to add that i will still eat at chick-fil-a, but it will be a salad, wrap, or chicken salad sandwich. Subway is obviously not, fast food, and we will continue being forever friends. lets see if i can make it to lent.

3. work out/yoga/pilates every day. my stress level will be extremely high this semester and eating right and working out will help ensure that im nice to the people i love.

4. i also want to start taking vitamin D supplements.
